At Fortis™, we take great care in processing and shipping every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. By placing an order with Fortis™, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your responsibilities and Fortis™’s limitations regarding shipping, delivery, and refunds.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Once an order is processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered “shipped” and your responsibility begins. Fortis™ cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are dependent on third-party carriers and factors beyond our control.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
Fortis™ ships orders via reputable third-party carriers. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Packages may experience delays due to circumstances beyond Fortis™’s control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, customs inspections, extreme weather, public holidays, and logistical disruptions. Fortis™ is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Fortis™ is not liable for packages sent to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. Any package delivered to the address provided at checkout is considered successfully delivered for the purposes of this policy.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once a package leaves Fortis™’s fulfillment center, Fortis™ is not responsible for its delivery. Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise undelivered packages are the responsibility of the customer. Fortis™ will not investigate, replace, or provide refunds for any items that do not arrive due to shipping carrier errors or other circumstances outside of our control.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree that:
Fortis™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered.
No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for orders that are not received.
Any shipping issues are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Fortis™ provides tracking information when available. Tracking updates are subject to the shipping carrier’s systems and may take 24–48 hours to appear. While tracking can help monitor a package’s progress, it does not guarantee delivery. Fortis™ is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are not received by the customer.
Shipping Costs
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Fortis™ is not responsible for any additional fees, duties, taxes, or charges imposed by your local postal service or customs authorities. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Fortis™ does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Packages lost or delayed in transit
Packages stolen after delivery
Packages delivered to the wrong address
Customer error in providing shipping information
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that Fortis™ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or non-delivery of your order.
Limitation of Liability
Fortis™ expressly disclaims all liability for any shipping-related issues. This includes, without limitation, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivery, delayed delivery, or any other issue related to the shipment of your order. By purchasing from Fortis™, you accept full responsibility for any risk associated with the shipping and delivery of your order.
Final Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy. You acknowledge that Fortis™ is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse and that no refunds or replacements will be provided under any circumstances. This policy applies to all customers, regardless of location or shipping method chosen.
